What a wedding this was for Louise and Thomas, set against the backdrop of rolling wheat fields, a charming barn, and the sweet serenade of a string quartet. Dalduff barn (or is it a farm?) is one of those amazing venues you just love to visit. It has everything you could imagine for a wedding in the rural Scottish countryside.
Dalduff Farm is a hidden gem tucked away in the Ayrshire countryside, offering a stunning backdrop for your special day. Its cosy, quirky and full of character – a photographers dream! Louise and Thomas chose this idyllic location for their wedding, drawn to the rustic charm and natural beauty that surrounded them. The big red barn provided a dreamy setting for their ceremony, while the rustic cottage was transformed into a magical reception venue, complete with twinkling fairy lights and elegant decor. It has such a nice vibe to it. I absolutely loved how we could go into the wheat field next door for some pictures, it was the perfect time of year for it.
This day literally had everything. String quartets, casinos, delicious macarons, mini steak pies, 90’s dance music and just the loveliest family you could meet. It was a really great day and one I thoroughly enjoyed capturing. Thank you so much for having me as your photographer.
